For many years I was a senior human resources executive and after the birth of my children I decided to pursue my passion in life of health and wellness.  All my adult life I have had a passion for health and fitness and hold many certificates and trophies in various sporting activities. I have always been an exercise enthusiast and have been personally trained by some of the best personal trainers there are!

I’ve been happily married for nearly 6 years to my husband Dominic an Australian Naval Officer. We also have 2 sons, 4yrs & 16 months old, who both keep me incredibly active and young hearted…oh and we have another baby on the way!

A Little bit more about me:

For the last 2 years I have been working as a personal development & wellness coach where I help people move to their highest idea of health and wellness through positively partnering with their bodies rather than working against them.  Hence I’m completely committed to making a positive change in people’s lives.

My main fields of interest are women’s health, nutrition and fitness.  Over the years through studies and personal experience I’ve learned tips and secrets about, fitness, nutrition and weight loss that only industry insiders tend to know and I now share these with other women!

Through this journey I have established my passion in life by helping other women with their weight loss struggles by showing them that weight loss does not have to feel like a boring and painful chore.  If weight loss and fitness are fun, it is so much easier to stick to that New Year’s resolution!

I get totally excited by seeing big changes in the lives of many women.  Having a healthy lifestyle creates a total new transformation in their life, self-contentness, a better connection with friends, family, and even co-workers.
